Please review the eligibility requirements before submitting an application. CPCN provides partial financial assistance for essential pet grooming services to qualifying individuals who are unable to afford the full cost of grooming. 

Submitting an application does not guarantee approval or funding. 

Before starting your application, please have the following ready:

• A valid photo ID

• Proof of eligibility or financial need

• Basic information about your pet

• Your pet’s current rabies vaccination information, if applicable

• Information about the grooming assistance your pet needs

Additional documentation may be requested during the review process.
