CPCN helps qualifying pet owners who are struggling to afford essential grooming care. If you are a senior, veteran, person with a disability, or family experiencing financial hardship, you may qualify for assistance.
Who Qualifies?
CPCN provides assistance to pet owners who cannot afford essential pet grooming and meet at least one of the following categories:
Seniors age 60 or older
Veterans
People with disabilities
Applicants must show financial need and provide documentation to verify eligibility.
What We Help With
CPCN provides financial assistance toward essential pet grooming services, which may include:
Bathing and shampooing
Haircuts when needed for the pet’s health and comfort
Removal of matting
Nail trimming
Basic ear cleaning
**CPCN provides partial financial assistance toward approved essential grooming services. Assistance does not cover the full cost of grooming. Approved applicants are responsible for a portion of the grooming cost and any applicable program fee. The amount of assistance provided is based on eligibility, available funding, and the pet’s approved grooming needs.
